Personal Update

Christopher and Emily are doing very well. Christopher is now assembling 5 words sentences and Emily is standing alongside tables - daring to try and walk!

As for me - well my weight loss has totaled 45 pounds and I have maintained my new weight for 2 months. To make sure it stays off I bought all new clothes and gave away the old!

Life is good.
